In February 1981, Mr Roger Brewster established Paradise Planning Services as an independent environmental planning consulting practice based in the Gold Coast region. In April 1989 the partnership was incorporated as Landplan Australia Pty Ltd. Over 750 projects and studies include:

Policy and Planning Studies/Activities

Ÿ 1995 - Senior Principal Environmental Officer in the Planning and Assessment Branch of the Queensland Department of Environment and Heritage to lead the SEQ2001 unit providing planning policy input to strategic planning of southeast Queensland.

Ÿ Gold Coast Regional Aviation Policy Study for Albert and Beaudesert Shires, addressing the issues of general aviation, helicopters, gliding, hot air balloons, hang gliding and tourism, to prepare policy statements, strategy plan, ground facilities plan and an impact assessment.
